They legitimately listened to our concerns, needs and unique situation, and found us the best deal and the best unit for our needs! He kept us fully informed as to how the repair was proceeding, and made sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Airrow Heating took the time to really explain the installation of the ductless heating system, not once but twice! The installation people were professional and efficient. I still haven't used my system but it looks great and I highly recommend Airrow Heating to everyone.
