The "discounted" $400 flat rate for electrical hookup of my ductless heat pump, to which I agreed, still ended up being a bit too much money. On site electrician's work was 1.5 hrs. with very little new material used. I support all the good reasons for flat rates, including off site expenses and earning what you're worth but on fast, simple jobs there needs to be some adjustment to the formula.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated his ability to problem-solve the furnace quickly.

Great work! I called at 0830 on Monday and Kevin was there an hour or so later! He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. There was no charge, as the unit was still under warranty.
