He also referred us to a great third-party technician who did duct cleaning for us. Rates were reasonable and he gave us some great tips on doing annual maintenance at the lowest cost possible. Glad to be in good hands immediately upon arriving at the Oregon coast.

Curtis and Jay installed our Mitsubishi ductless heating system. They did an excellent and efficient job. Both men were polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned all 4 areas up as well. We would definitely recommend them.

Dylan arrived on time and wasted no time finding and addressing the problem caused by an overnight power outage. He got the system up and running on a temporary basis, cleaned the filter and scheduled a return trip for when the ordered parts arrive.

Our Arrow Heating experience began with a visit from David English who was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. A guy like David is a good way to start off any project of this magnitude. The layout and construction of our home posed a slightly higher level of difficulty. David submitted several design proposals to me and after a few meetings we decided on one. Then there is the installation team of Curtis and Westley .... to me this is where the rubber meets the road. These guys were GREAT!
