The installer Wes was on time and very organized. He was knowledge about the installation of the ductless system and went right to work. When the work was completed he explasined the system controls and answered all my questions. I appreciate a company that has everything very organized and just gets the job done. Our Arrow Heating experience began with a visit from David English who was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. A guy like David is a good way to start off any project of this magnitude. The layout and construction of our home posed a slightly higher level of difficulty. David submitted several design proposals to me and after a few meetings we decided on one. Then there is the installation team of Curtis and Westley .... to me this is where the rubber meets the road. These guys were GREAT! These two worked at a level of integrity and professionalism that is commendable to their craft and certainly to the company they represent. BEAUTIFUL WORK! We were quite impressed with the home visit where our barrage of endless questions were answered in great detail by AirrowHeatings estimator Dave English. No matter the number of times we called him with additional questions he was always professional, courteous and an absolute joy to work with. On the installation day I was not satisfied with the base for the unit and the crew without hesitation drove back to Newport (we live in Waldport) for another one. The installation crew was equally as professional and accommodating. All work sites were cleaned very well and great patience and direction was given to both my wife and I when going over the operations re the remotes. Airrow Heating was recommended to us by a very good friend and neighbor and I too will be pleased to recommend Airrow Heating to friends and/or family in the future. Philip knows more about heat pumps than anyone who has looked at my furnace. He is very through, he cleaned the heat pump and the thermostat. He is very polite and respectful. He listened when I told him the problems and now my heat pump is working fine and quietly.
