"Turnkey" means that Airrow handled ALL aspects of this project, from beginning to end, including paperwork and cleanup, and left nothing for me to do but enjoy my new HVAC systems. After an agreement was in place, Airrow handled procurement of the new products, removal and disposal of my old furnace equipment, fabrication of ducting and all other peripheral contingencies, and designed and executed another late airflow change that I wanted done. They also arranged for an electrician, which was necessary in my particular situation, to arrive with their team. Airrow also spontaneously located two eligible rebates and filed paperwork for both in my behalf, and delayed their own installation dates when my property had a last-minute need for completion of in-ground rain drainage work and site development that I wanted done before my new HVAC systems were installed. Further, when my independent construction issues pressed the time limit for one of the rebates, Airrow spontaneously interceded with the manufacturer in my behalf and was able, in my case, to arrange a time extension. On installation day, Airrow hit the job site like locusts. There were at least four Airrow-related job vans at my for most of the day and sometimes more. They put a lot of manpower on this job and seemingly worked nonstop to assure that my new systems would be up and running before they left that day, and the happy Airrow crew succeeded, cleanup and all. When they left, I just had new and functional HVAC systems and nothing else to worry about...no cleanup, no paperwork to fill out and mail...no relevant concerns at all, just new heat pumps and air cleaners to play with. That's a Turnkey Solution Provider. ## Here are the products that Airrow provided and installed: 1) Mitsubishi Mr. Slim Inverter Heat Pump #1, a duct-based system for most of the house that replaced a traditional Trane gas furnace. Included a wireless thermostat. 2) Mitsubishi Inverter-based Heat Pump #2, wall-mounted, for a historically hard-to-control room environment; 3) Honeywell Electrostatic Air Filter 4) Air Scrubber Plus. This item is new to the residential market and my home is among precious few in the area to have one. I initially feared that Airrow wouldn't be able to find or obtain an Air Scrubber Plus, but they not only got it but also quoted a very attractive price. One more perk: Since Airrow is rated as a "Diamond"-class dealer/installer by Mitsubishi, the warranty for my heat pumps was automatically extended for two years beyond the normal term. I don't usually spend time writing reviews for service providers, but consideration of my statements above should evidence that Airrow has earned a good review and I'm pleased to have provided one.
