We are so pleased with our new ductless heat pump. Curtis did an excellent job and was easy to work with. The installation was quick and he did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely use Arrow again!

Kevin did an outstanding estimate presentation which was very complete. Today, All Electric did the electrical. Steve and his assistant completed the installation and then walked myself and our renter through the operational process. All aspects have been done very professionally and explained, enabling us to fully understand how to operate the system.

I had a new furnace and thermostat installed. It was an 8 hour + job. Airrow heating staff were knowledgable, professional and hardworking!

Gavin was very personable from his phone call prio to arriving on time, to his instructions on how to operate our unit when he left! Talk about professional! He even vacuumed the area involved when he left. Woke up to a warm house this morning. No cold spots! Love this quiet unit. No more loud cadet heaters blaring. Gavin had all the paperwork ready and filled out. Even had the tax papers and envelope ready, addressed and stamped! Arrow should be proud to have Gavin on their team!

Steve came on time, worked hard to complete job and gave excellent customer service. He explained the system well and helped us with the programing.
