Very happy with the job the Curtis and Jay did on the Mitsubishi installation in Otter Rock. Especially good considering the power outage issues they had to work around. Appreciate the walk through and setting me up with the Aidoo unit and app for remote access. Outstanding work! Also, the price of the unit, while expensive, seemed fair to us. The Airrow Heating installation team arrived on time and fully equipped to install a star-of-the art two zone heat pump. The Airrow guys and the subcontractor electrician were courteous, knowledgeable and steadfast. They spread fabric drop clothes to protect flooring and capture debris. They consulted frequently with us as necessary. They explained system operation and remote control programming. We are highly satisfied with the installation and quality of the equipment. We highly recommend this company and this crew.

The people at Airrow were good to work with, both in the store and when installing at our house. Everyone we delt with was curtious and knowledgable about the product. This being the second unit I've purchased I know any problems or questions that come up they take care of. Wish we'd of been dealing with Airrow when our original heat system was installed.
