Just got a heat pump replaced. Airrow impressed from the original call, the communication regarding the bid and options, to the installation. Everything went smoothly, clearly, and comfortably. Highly recommend.

I am not easily impressed. I have been renovating houses for over 40 years and during that time, I have had an armload of bs from the few outside contractors I have hired but today's visit was BRILLIANT! No bs. exceptionally knowledgeable and uber polite tech. If I EVER need anything, I WILL call Airrow again!

Our furnace went out and we were leaving town the next day. I called and explained our situation and they came out 4 hours later. There tech Philip came out, assessed the problem, had the parts on the truck fixed the problem and gave us info on our furnace. It would be helpful to hand out a business card. I post them on the wall for future repairs and so I can refer them to other people with out having to try and remember. Great job Philip, Very happy. Thank you!

I can not give Airrow Heating enough praise for the outstanding installation of our heat pumps, their professionalism, helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that we were totally satisfied from the cost estimate, scheduling, installation phases including clean-up. Workers showed up on the day and the hour the said they would arrive. They were finished at the time they told me they would be done. It looks very good and seems to be a quality product. I gave it three stars only because it was about the same cost as other companies I spoke with. This company's personal contact with me was far superior than others companies I talked to.

Philip not only noticed some additional cleaning and maintenance that needed to be done on my heating equipment he also took the time to inspect a musty smell in the house which revealed a leaking dehumidifier. He mopped up and cleaned up and called me immediately which I hope has prevented major damage in the house. He’s a great member of your team and I want Phillip on my permanent assignment for my little cottage. Thanks again Phillip for your outstanding customer service! Hooray!!

Extremely satisfied

Had an issue with thermostat not working and he was came out the morning of our call and fixed it.

We are please with our new heat pump and what it can do.

Customer service is sorely lacking these days, but the people at Airrow Heating are outstanding when it comes to quick response, knowledgeable service, and reliable scheduling. They are a breath of "fresh air" when it comes to customer service..

Gavin was fast and very careful while doing the installation . He, then, took time to explain the details for the units in simplistic language. Both my daughter and I were able to understand it all. Thanks!

This is the second home in which we have had a unit installed by Airrow. Our unit in Corvallis has performed beautifully and at very low cost. We have two units installed here on the coast because our house is about twice as big here. We are anticipating lower energy bills and more consistent temperatures in the house. All that and the government and energy companies are handing out rebates like Halloween candy. Where is the down side of this? I'm guessing there isn't one.
