Love Heat Pump Furnance

I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed and received an electronic door locking device with my purchase. After a couple months my lock quit locking and I called Kevin and he came over and fixed it and the house had done some settling so it just wasn’t matching up right but Kevin fixed it. Thank you so much

The service team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were very courteous. The team showed respect for our home and cleaned up very well. Explanations came as work progressed and an overall at the end.

I bought a heat pump and an instant water heater system from them. At first I had problems with maintaining a constant temperature and after many visits from poor Kevin (my cat now runs to meet him...) at no cost, they finally coordinated a visit with the manufacturer and discovered the problem was in the wiring OUTSIDE my home and not in the unit itself. It was really frustrating for everyone involved, but they had never experienced that before, so I don't blame them for the aggravation. My praise is that they never just gave up or started charging for their time - they hung in there and fixed the problem, and then also gave me two service calls for later on as their way of apology for the time it took to fix it. Not every company would continue to come and try to figure out what was up, they took a bulldog approach and didn't give up. Thank God it is working well now, and I'm glad to have the system in my home. And the instant water heater has always worked great - not having to keep a regular system where the water has to be kept hot 24/7 saves me electricity costs. Good people!
