electriction price was too high consider time on job

We did some remodeling in the room with our heat pump. Arrow made sure to get things disconnected and stored and when the room was done they came the same day and got us hooked back up. Love our heat pump.

I didn't know which tech that Airrow Heating would be sending to my house today. I guess it doesn't matter really... they all know their stuff. But then when Kevin showed up this afternoon, I was certain my malfunctioning furnace was in good hands. Kevin is a skilled trouble shooter, a conscientious worker, and a pleasure to have in my home. I couldn't imagine calling on a better team!

Circuit board malfunctioned. Understand this is an exception to the rule for Daiken Heat Pumps. Kevin did excellent follow through, kept to the schedule. Was very pleasant and professional. Appreciate the response by Airrow Heating.

Airrow Heating did everything as promised. Called the day before to confirm and called the day of installation to say they were on the way. Did the work and cleaned up before leaving. I recommend Airrow for your heating and cooling needs.
