Out of the four heating company's we called airrow was the only one that showed up when we scheduled them. Gavin did an excellent job installing the unit and only took a short time to install. The unit looks fantastic and works even better. He explained everything and they even handled the rebate paperwork. We could not be happier with the process.

We upgraded to a Mitsubishi Hybrid Hyper Heat System. We now have 4 separate zones with four individual thermostats. My mom stayed over for a night and immediately asked what changed. What an amazing system to be able to set the comfort of each zone to its own setting. Mitsubishi Hybrid Ductless is amazing. No more hot and cold spots from standard ductwork. Oh and operate the whole house from my Ipad

We were blown away with the way the guys worked as a team. Our project was a 2-day-job and when the crew left the first day, you never would have known they were there. Last night was the first night of us having heat for a week and every minute was worth the wait! We now have a four zone ductless system and my home has NEVER been this comfortable! And I'm actually excited to get our upcoming electric bills! Thank you so much!
