On time, courteous, cleaned up pretty well after themselves and explained how to work the remote

Today I had a heat pump installed in my little old house by Wes and a crew of two electricians. Although my cat would have a very different opinion if you asked her, I felt that they did a fantastic job. The electricians were quick and obviously knew exactly what they were doing; they worked together as a team to pull wires and complete their job. Wes was exemplary in his demeanor and in his work. He's definitely an expert in installing heat pumps.. he worked steadily with few breaks, putting the complicated appliance- compressor and wall unit- together smoothly and carefully. He then demonstrated how to clean the filters, how to use the remote control, explaining all the different settings, and showed me the details about the compressor outside the house. All in all they provided excellent service. Thanks to all.

Curtis was great about explaining all of the different components of these new appliances. I appreciated the thorough and clean manner in which everyone worked. I apologize for not remembering all of their names, but was pleased with the entire operation. Thank you.

Steve and Josh did a great job installing our new heating system! They worked quickly and as cleanly as they could. The house feels so much better. It was a pleasure to have this new system so perfectly installed.

Crew was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Install completed flawlessly. Orientation was thorough and not rushed. A positive experience, recommended.

Airrow should give their guys a raise. Both guys I have had out here were great.

Quite pleasant very good details

I’ve had Airrow Heating & Sheet Metal re-route a propane line in my house, estimate and install a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system and retro-fit an air handler to facilitate heated air movement. I was pleased with the owner, Ron Bush’s quick assessment of my home and his prompt preparation of a proposal. The technicians (in particular Gavin) were prompt, professional, completed the installation quickly and cleaned the work space. Airrow enjoys a great reputation. I concur.

Working with Airrow Heating was a pleasent experience. From the showroom, to the first home visit and the installation visit the employees at Airrow Heating were pleasent, knowledgeable and on time.

Steve M. was an outstanding installer! He worked diligently on our installation despite some challenging working conditions and did it with a great attitude. When finished he thoroughly explained the operation of our new heat pump and how to fill out its accompanying paperwork, etc. Great guy to work with!

Phillip was very helpful and answered several questions about our HVAC system and our gas fireplace.
